Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous detection of Gallic acid and Quercitroside in Houerhuan Xiaoyan Pills. Methods The HPLC dual wavelength spectrophotometry was used with Hypersil BDS-C18(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) column;with acetonitrile as mobile phase A, 0. 2% phosphoric acid as mobile phase B, for gradient elution;the detection wavelength of gallic acid was 270 nm; the detection wavelength of quercitroside was 350 nm. Results The linear relations were good of gallic acid in the range of 0. 60-6. 00 μg ( r=0. 999 4 ) and quercitroside in the range of 0. 03-0. 30 μg ( r=0. 999 4 ); the average recovery of gallic acid was 100. 24%, RSD 1. 02%( n=6);the average recovery of quercitroside was 99. 88%, RSD 1. 17%( n=6). Conclusion HPLC dual wavelength determination is simple and feasible, with good reproducibility, is suitable for the simultaneous determination of the active ingredients in Houerhuan Xiaoyan Pills, and can be used for quality control of Houerhuan Xiaoyan Pills.关键词
