摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide more effective HPLC method for the quality control of Yanghuo Sanqi Capsules by improving the method for content determination of icariin. Methods Agilent C18 column ( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm ) was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile -0. 05% phosphoric acid ( 26:74 ) at the flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 270 nm and the col-umn temperature was 30℃. Results Icariin in Yanghuo Sanqi Capsules could be well separated,and the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 514-6. 616 μg ( r=0. 999 7 ) . The average recovery was 98. 36% with RSD of 1. 76% ( n=6 ) . Conclusion This method is accurate,rapid,simple and reproducible,and can be used for the qualitative analysis of icariin in Yanghuo Sanqi Capsules.关键词
