H型高血压与脑卒中相关性的研究进展

摘要
Abstract
H-type hypertension is described as primary hypertension with elevated serum homocysteine,accounting for 75%.The patients with H-type hypertension have higher incidence of cerebral infarction.Our findings suggest that elevated plasma homocysteine levels of“H”hypertension are associated with the increased risk of recurrent cerebrovascular disease and stroke recurrence.In Chinese hypertensive patients,lowering both blood pressure and plasma homocysteine level are recommended in H-type hypertension therapy.Evidence-based studies have confirmed the effect of folic acid and vitamin B12 and enalapril/folic on H-type hypertension.And it may reduce the risk of stroke. This review provides a broad overview of the progress of research in correlation between H-type hypertension and stroke.关键词
