团体治疗在社区脑卒中患者康复训练中的应用性研究
Application of group therapy in social rehabilitation training on stroke patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of group therapy in social rehabilitation training on stroke patients. Methods Selected 48 patients underwent balance function training,ability training of daily life and psychological training.Outcome was evaluated by Berg balance function score and modified Barthel index score before the training,1 month and 3 month after the training. Results The Berg,MBI scale score was significantly improved after 1 month and 3 months training(P<0.01). Conclusion Stroke patients with social rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the patient's balance ability and ability of daily life.关键词
