Abstract
Objective To examine the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation measures on patients with schizophrenia.The household hospital environment,the open management,the systemic rehabilitation training and participants from various professional teams were included. Methods We chose 50 schizophrenic inpatients who lived in rehabilitation area and ordinary area from May 2009 to April 2012 respectively.The former was the studied group who were treated with the comprehensive rehabilitation measures,the posterior was the control group who lived in the containing hospital environment and were treated with no rehabilitation measures except for the basic viability training.The clinical effects were evaluated by the Positive And Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),the Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS)and the Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scales(IPROS)before and after treatment for 6 months. Results There were higher improvements in the total score of PANSS,PANSS positive and negative scale,SDSS and IPROS in the studied group than in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01). Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation measures are more favourable to schizophrenic inpatients and worthy to spread.关键词
