摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on Insulin Glargine combined with Acarbose in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 110 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from April 2009 to June 2011 were divided into control group and observation group,each group had 55 cases.Control group were treated with Premixed insulin(Novolin 30R),and observation group were treated with Insulin Glargine combined with Acarbose.The treatment time were 12 weeks.The fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),Insulin daily dosage,the time to reach the target blood glucose and the occurrence of Hypoglycemia were observed. Results After treatment,FBG,2 hPBG,HbAlC of the two groups were significantly reduced.FBG,HbAlC levels were compared between the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05),2 hPBG level,Insulin daily dosage,the time to reach the target blood glucose and the incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups,the differences were significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Insulin Glargine combined with Acarbose in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus has a distinct curative effect,the time to reach the target blood glucose is short,the incidence of hypoglycemia is low.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
