Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengxuening tablets and iron sucrose associated with erythropoietin in the treatment of renal anemia. Methods Thirty patients with renal anemia were divided into two groups,with 15 patients in each group.The Shengxuening group received oral administration of 4 Shengxuening tablets (1.0 g) 3 times/day for 8 weeks. The iron sucrose group received 1000 mg of iron sucrose,of which 100 mg was taken per time for 10 times,and it was infused 1 hour before the end of the dialysis. Both groups received EPO treatment at the dose of 80-120IU(kg/w).If a patient's Hb reached the normal level,the dosage of rhEPO could be reduced by 25%-50%.The treatment was observed for 8 days.The changes of hemoglobin (Hb),hematocrit (HCT),serum ferritin (SF) and transferrin saturation (TAST) before and after treatment were observed. Results The efficacy of Shengxuening associated with erythropoietin was not significantly different from that of intravenous iron supplement in the treatment of renal anemia. Conclusion Shengxuening is remarkably effective in the treatment of renal anemia,thereby worthy of promotion.关键词
