摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of hernia ring filled and peace chip tension-free hernia repair. Methods 62 patients with groin femoral from January 2011 to January 2012 in our hospital for the study, and 31 patients with hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair established group A,at the same time,selected 31 patients with peace chip tension-free hernia repair in patients established as the B group. The operative time, blood loss, VAS score, duration of hospitalization, complications and recurrence were compared between two groups. Results The operative time of A group was significantly longer than group B, the blood loss of two groups had no significant difference (P > 0.05).VAS score of group B was significantly lower than group A(P < 0.05) .After the treatment , the hospital stay of group B, group B was significantly shorter than group A (P < 0.05). All patients followed up 6-12 months, group A had 2 cases recurrence,the recurrence rate was 6.45%, group B had no recurrence, the recurrence rate was 0,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).In group B, scrotal hydrocele, urinary retention, foreign body sensation were less than the A group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The peace chip tension-free hernia repair, has many advantages than the hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair surgery, patient have less pain, fewer complications, low recurrence rate, and low prices,is more suitable for grass-roots hospitals to be widely used.关键词
