Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking proximal humerus plate in the treatment of comminuted fracture of collum chirurgicum humeri. Methods 100 patients with comminuted fracture of collum chirurgicum humeri were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Each group was 50 cases. The control group were used simple plaster external fixation,while the observation group were treated with locking proximal humerus plate.The excellent rate of the patients were observed by modified Cassebaum scoring system,and the occurrence of complications were recorded. Results The excellent rate of the observation group(95%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(75%).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The locking proximal humerus plate in the treatment of comminuted fracture of collum chirurgicum humeri can improve clinical effect,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the prognosis and life quality of the patients.关键词
