Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of knee synovial chondromatosis. Methods The clinical symptoms,imaging features,pathological manifestations and arthroscopic treatment effect of 21 patients(24 knees) with knee synovial chondromatosis in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were followed up for 36-60 months.In 21 patients(24 knees) with knee synovial chondromatosis,20 patients were cured, 1 patient improved. Conclusion The arthroscopic has the features of minimally invasive,effective,safe,rapid postoperative recovery of patients,completely excision of synovial lesions,and which is an effective method for the diagnosis and treatment of knee synovial chondromatosis.关键词
