老年桡骨远端C型骨折内、外固定的临床疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the elderly of type C fractures of the distal part of the radius with internal and external fixation for treatment of clinical effect. Methods Choosing 2008 January to October 2012 of our hospital patients with senile of type C fractures of the distal part of the radius 19 cases, 11 of whom underwent open reduction and plate internal fixation (Ⅰgroup),the other 8 patients with external fixation support cooperate with limited internal fixation (Ⅱ group),comparing two groups patients prognosis Dienst grading. Results Preoperative and postoperative 3 months to return to Angle,foot Angle,radial shortening of measurement, various indicators similar between the two groups has no statistical significance (P>0.05). According to Dienst scoring criteria,group 6 cases,3 cases,1 cases,1 case,was 81.8%; Ⅱ group 5 cases, good in 2 cases,1 cases,was 87.5%. Conclusion Internal and external fixation treatment of elderly of type C fractures of the distal part of the radius postoperative curative effect and no obvious difference, but has to be according to each particular case patients clinical application evaluation, using appropriate treatment.关键词
