Abstract
Objective To explore the security and advantages in the application of pediatric ureteroscopy in the treatment of adult ureteral stones by transurethral endoscopic lithotripsy. Methods From October 2008 to October 2012, 354 cases of pediatric ureteroscopy ofpanyu district central hospital urology in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results 354 cases of patients due to ureteral circuity, blocking the narrow, narrow ureter openings, caused difficulties in conventional adult ureteroscope into the mirror, so the application of pediatric ureteroscopy (WoIf F6.0/7.5) into the ureter expansion and placed into ureteral catheter, and then pulled the conventional adult ureteroscopy (Wolf 8/9.8F) gravel operation along the catheter into the ureter. Among them, a gravel successful was 345 cases, the successed rate was 97.46%, ureteral perforation, perforation of the bladder, ureter mucosa avulsion, persistent postoperative hematuria no intraoperative complications were followed up for 3 to 6 months and found no ureteral stricture. Conclusion For ureter stenosis or small, tortuous ureter, ureteral adhesions narrow and difficult into the mirror patients, the application of pediatric ureteroscopy first expansion into the ureter catheters, can significantly improve the one-time success rate of URSL and possesses the characteristics of security, efficient, and convenient worthy of clinical application.关键词
