Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of BiPAP ventilator combined with naloxone on COPD with typeⅡrespiratory failure. Methods 74 cases of COPD with typeⅡrespiratory failure patients who were admitted into our hospital from Jan. 2009 to Dec.2012 were selected and divided into two groups, each group 27 cases. The experimental group was treated with BiPAP ventilator combined with naloxone, while the control group was treated with BiPAP for ventilation only. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 91.9% and it was obviously higher than 78.4%of control group. The heart rate, respiratory rate, blood gas analysis of two groups before or after ventilation had statistical significance (P<0.05), while experimental group was superior to control group after 12 h, 48 h (P<0.05). Conclusion BiPAP ventilator combined with naloxone can efficiently alleviate the COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure patients' condition in order to achieve a good clinical effect.关键词
