亲属活体肾移植供肾的选择和处理OA
Donor selection and perioperative handling in living related kidney transplantation
目的探讨亲属活体肾移植供肾选取的策略和围手术期处理体会。方法回顾性分析安徽省立医院2008年3月～2012年5月所完成亲属活体供肾切除术121例。供体年龄38～71岁，男43例，女78例。所有供体经过术前充分评估，选取GFR相对较低的一侧肾脏，手术采取经腹开放取肾方式，术中尽可能保留肾脏变异血管。结果121例手术均成功完成。手术时间平均135 min，无输血病例；所有供肾开放血流后血供良好，无局部缺血现象；供体平均住院时间11.2 d。术后随访6…查看全部>>
Objective To explore the donor selective stratgies and perioperative treatment in living kidney transplantation.
