摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of high dose cytoxan combined with methylprednisolone pulse treatment to henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis. Methods 46 cases with henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were divided into the experimental group given cytoxan combined with methylprednisolone pulse treatment and the control group took methylprednisolone daily eaccording to the treatment methods. The clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in 24-hour urine protein between before the treatment and after the treatment of 4 weeks. But compared with the control group, the 24-hour urine protein in the experimental group after the treatment of 8,12 weeks were lower significantly and the differences were significant(P < 0.05). The effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 86.9%and 69.6%respectively. In the experimental group, there were 3 patients with nausea and vomiting and 2 patients with upper respiratory infection; In the control group, there were 5 patients with nausea and vomiting and 3 patients with upper respiratory infection. These patients with adverse reactions restored by symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Cytoxan combined with methylprednisolone pulse treatment to henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis has significant curative effect, less adverse reactions and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
