Abstract
Objective To study the effect of IFN combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B. Methods Clinical data of 129 patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B treated in the 6th people;s hospital of Shenyang city were analyzed retrospectively. According to the different treatment methods, all patients were divided into the IFN group, adefovir dipivoxil group and combined treatment group (IFNα-2b combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil), each group had 43 cases. The response rates of virology, serology and biochemistry in the three groups before treatment and 12, 24, 48 weeks after treatment were observed. Results Before treatment the levels of these indexes in the three groups had no significant differences (P > 0.05). After treatment HBV DNA negative rates in combined treatment group were higher than those in the IFN group (P < 0.05). HBeAg serological negative or conversion rates and HBsAg serological negative or conversion rates in the combined treatment group were all higher than those in the IFN group and Adefovir Dipivoxil group (P<0.05). Conclusion IFNα combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil has a certain synergistic effect, its treatment effect for patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B is better than monotherapy. It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
