无缝隙护理服务模式在急诊的应用

Abstract
Objective To explore seamless care in the emergency mode of application of the results. Methods 120 patients of outpatient observation from August 2012 to October 2012 were selected for the control group,they were implemented traditional care model;120 patients of outpatient observation from November 2012 to January 2013 were selected for the observation group,they were implemented seamless care model.The relevant indicators of the two groups were compared, evaluated the effectiveness. Results Compared with the control group ,overall satisfaction and quality of care in observation group were improved significantly, nursing defects and complaints number were decreased obviously, there were statistical difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion Seamless care service model can improve the quality of patient care and satisfaction,it's worthy of clinical application.关键词
