前磨牙畸形中央尖94颗临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of two methods in the early treatment of premolars with abnormal central cusp. Methods A total of 94 teeth with uninfected abnormal central cusp from 52 patients were collected in the outpatient department and randomly divided into two groups(according to two vital pulp preservation treatment methods).The multiple grinding method group(50 teeth)used the repeating and small-amount grinding method while the pulp capping group(44 teeth)used the disposable grinding pulp capping method.The patients were followed up for 1-2 years in order to observe the curative effects. Results The treatment success rate of the pulp capping group was 93.2%and the treatment success rate of the multiple grinding method group was 76.0%,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of disposable grinding pulp capping method for uninfected abnormal central cusp can reduce the number of return visits and shows significant effect.关键词
