摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of mitral valve replacement(MVR) with preservation of posterior leaflet and subvalvular structures in the elderly patients. Methods The complete case datas of 35 cases with MVR in our hospital from July 2008 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. There were 10 patients with preservation of total posterior leaflet and subvalvular structures and 25 patients with preservation of party posterior leaflet and subvalvular structures. Results 1 case died and the mortality was 2.86%(1/35),1 case had low cardiac output syndrome,2 cases had respiratory complication. Conclusion Mitral valve replacement with preservation of posterior leaflet and subvalvular structures in the elderly patients is safe and effective through selecting appropriate patients,and it is worth generalizing and applying.关键词
