正清风痛宁肠溶片联合双氯芬酸钠治疗类风湿性关节炎效果观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning enteric-coated tablets combined with diclofenac sodium for rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(30cases)were used Zhengqing Fengtongning enteric-coated tablets combined with diclofenac sodium,and the control group(30cases)were only used diclofenac sodium,then the affected limb grip strength and duration of morning stiffness and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C- reactive protein and rheumatoid factors variation after treatment. Results After treatment the observation group suffered limb grip strength was greater than control group ( P<0.05),morning stiffness time was shorter than control group(P<0.05),erythrocyte sedimentation rate was faster than control group(P < 0.05),C-reactive protein level and rheumatoid factor titer were lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhengqing Fengtongning enteric-coated tablets combined with diclofenac sodium for rheumatoid arthritis can significantly reduce the activity of the disease and remiss the clinical symptoms,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
