农村老年人2型糖尿病80例健康管理临床分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of healthy management of 80 rural elderly type 2 diabetes and to explore the significance of healthy management in the treatment of them. Methods There were 80 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes who were collected from January 2011 to December 2011 in our clinic for treatment,they were retrospectively analyzed. 80 outpatients with type 2 diabetes were divided into experimental group and control group according to the treatment they were accepted,40 clinic patients in each. No statistical differences were existed in the basic information of two groups. The control group was treated with conventional diabetes therapy,while the experimental group was implemented the diabetes health management work on the basis of conventional treatment of diabetes. The effect of the two groups would be evaluated in one year. Results The effect of the experimental group was good.The fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h-PG) were improved significantly than the control group.There was significant difference between the two compared groups(P < 0.01). Conclusion The systematic continuous health management can significantly improve the treatment level of rural elderly people with type 2 diabetes,and is also one of the important treatments of diabetes.关键词
