摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of production processes on stability of azithromycin eye drops,we screen the optimal procedure by the influencing factor experiments including illumination and high temperature,then provide a reference to the practical production. Methods According to the drops workshop conditions,evaluate the four procedures and determine the optimization by the characteristics, assay and impurity in the influencing factor experiments. Results Azithromycin eye drops is sensitive to heat and light,and trend to be degraded with high temperature sterilization step. Conclusion The result show that the third procedure is optimal, the azithromycin eye drops should be stored at low temperatures from light;In additon,the procedure should be avoid to high temperature.关键词
