摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of montelukast,loratadine syrup,aerosol combined with health education in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods 70 cases of children with asthma,were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups.Control group:nebulized budesonide treatment.The observation group:nebulized budesonide,and montelukast and loratadine syrup,combined with health education treatment. Results Total effective rate in the observation group was 91.4% higher than that of the control group,the total efficiency of 71.4%,the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Montelukast,loratadine syrup,aerosol in treatment of childhood asthma health education combined with good curative effect.关键词
