针灸推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效分析OA
The curative effect of acupuncture and massage in treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis
目的探讨针灸推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床措施及效果。方法选取我院2009年1月～2011年12月72例椎动脉型颈椎病患者作为回顾性病例对象，依据诊治方法的不同分为观察组（联用针灸推拿组）和对照组（常规治疗组）各36例，观察两组临床治疗效果，总结临床治疗方法，指导临床治疗实践。结果联用针灸推拿治疗的患者在疾病症状改善、治愈率方面优于常规治疗，两组比较有显著差异（α=0.05）。结论针灸推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病能显著改善患者临床症状恢复颈椎功能，值得临床应用。
