Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing intervention in patients with geriatric orthopaedic care and nursing satisfaction. Methods All 85 geriatric orthopaedic patients were selected,they were divided into intervention group and control group according to the different nursing methods, the control group were given traditional nursing,while the treatment group given humanized nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The rate of related knowledge,incidence of complications,hospital stays and nursing satisfaction investigation were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The rate of orthopedics disease related knowledge of intervention group patients was significantly higher than the control group,incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group,hospital stays weremuch shorter than the control group,there were significant difference (P all<0.05). Nursing satisfaction of intervention group was significantly higher than the control group,(P < 0.05). Conclusion Implement humanized nursing intervention for orthopaedic elderly patients is helpful to improve patients' orthopaedic disease related knowledge rate and can reduce the complications, shorten hospitalization time,at the same time,also can improve the satisfaction of patient to nursing work,improves the nursing quality,and worthy of being widely applied in clinic.关键词
