摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical observation and nursing methods of children with mycoplasam pneumonia combined with myocardial damage in order to improve the clinical nursing level. Methods The clinical data of 65 children with mycoplasam pneumonia combined with myocardial damage hospitalized in our hospital from May 2010 to March 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.The disease observation and relevant nursing methods of the children during hospitalization were summarized and the pulmonary function before and after the nursing were observed. Results Comparison of the 65 children's pulmonary function before and after the treatment and nursing showed that the forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) and peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR) levels after the treatment and nursing all significantly improved compared to those before(P<0.01),with statistical significance. Conclusion The application of relevant nursing and treatment among children with mycoplasam pneumonia combined with myocardial damage can effectively improve the lung function.关键词
