Abstract
Objective To observe the application of comprehensive nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 65 diabetic and nephropathic patients as intervention group were treated with hemodialysis and cared correspondingly.And another 45 patients as control group were given conventional nursing,the complication of hemodialysis were compared in the two groups. Results The rate of hypoglycemia was 6.45% in intervention group and was significant lower than control group(P<0.05). The complication of infection,oligemia and hypotension were significant lower than control group, but the rate of hypertension,hemorrhage and disequilibrium syndrome were insignificant difference in the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion The diabetic and nephropathic patients undergoing hemodialysis are vulnerable to such complications of infections, hypoglycemia and hypotension. Early comprehensive nursing intervention and management is demanded for enhanced quality of life and increased survival rate among the patients.关键词
