Abstract
The modern biological technology is a special emerging technology.It has the common characteristics of all the high technology,and some differet characteristics from other high technology.This paper is to analyze and studey the characteristics of modern biological technology,which is of great significance to explore the management of modern biological technology law.Viewing from the modern biological technology characteristics and industry characteristics,this paper is to analyze and summerize the management characteristics of modern biotechnology,raise the ideas and approaches which to be applied to the domestic enterprises at the present stage of the development.关键词
