结节性甲状腺肿的外科治疗
The surgical treatment for nodular goiter
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the surgical treatment for nodular goiter(NG). Methods The clinical data of 300 cases with nodular goiter was analyzed by using the surgical treatment from Dec.2009 to Dec.2012 in our hospital retrospectively. Results There were four main strategies were included:total thyroidectomy,subtotal thyroidectomy,local mass resection for thyroid carcinoma and nodule excision among 300 patients with nodular goiter. The operation went smoothly,without complication such as dyspnea,hematoma,infection,laryngeal edema and injury of superior laryngeal nerve,etc.The total cure rate of operation was 98.33%,recurrence(non-combined with canceration patients)occurred in 5 of 300 patients after operation follow-up. Conclusion The reasonable surgical procedure has a better effect, lower recurrence rate and higher cure rate in the treatment of nodular goiter patients,and Is worth in on promoting the application clinically.关键词
