支架置入联合3D-CRT治疗中晚期食管癌疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of esophageal stent inserting combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3D-CRT) in the treatment of locally advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods Twenty-nine patients of advanced esophageal carcinoma were inserted stent to solve the esophageal stenosis first,and then were applied with 3D-CRT(treated group).The efficacy and the survival rate were analyzed and correlated with 19 patients who treated with stent placement alone (control group). Results In the study group,5 cases were observed as complete response (17.24%),20 cases were partial response (68.97%), the overall response rate was 86.21%.The mean survival time was(13.13±1.00)months,the median survival time was (12.50±1.08) months, compared with( 7.87±0.98) and(7.00±0.70)months of the control group,giving a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of stent placement and 3D-CRT improve the quality of life and survival rate markedly,it is an effective treatment for esophageal carcinoma.关键词
