摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of entecavir combined compound turtle shell soft liver pills in treatment of liver fibrosis with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 108 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients in our hospital were collected,and randomly divided into control group of 54 cases and observation group of 54 cases,observation group was given entecavir and compound turtle shell soft liver pills,control group only with entecavir,the curative effect of two groups were contrasted. Results Before and after treatment the symptoms,signs of two groups had no significant difference (P > 0.05),liver function and liver fibrosis indexes were both significantly improved(P < 0.05),liver function and liver fibrosis indexes after treatment of observation group were better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Entecavir combined compound turtle shell soft liver pills in treatment of liver fibrosis with chronic hepatitis B can effectively improve liver function,significantly reduce liver fibrosis index,the effect is better than entecavir.关键词
