Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical incision dual plate fixation combined with internal medicine and washing treatment treating high energy tibial plateau fractures injury. Methods 41 patients with tibial plateau fractures were treated with surgical incision dual plate fixation from August 2011 to April 2012 in our hospital, by giving oral decoction, external washing treatment and the others at the same period,30 patients received only double plate fixation were selected and compared with the above. Results After 8 weeks, the HSS score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05), the healing time was (9.0 ± 2.1) months and (10.2 ± 2.8) months between the two groups, the healing time in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05 ); the total fine rate and complication rate in observation group were 92.7% and 2.4%, respectively, they were significantly better than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of high energy tibial plateau fracture injury has a significant effect, can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and accelerate patient recovery, worthy of promotion.关键词
