The nursing cooperation of human bronchial epithelial cells primary culture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing measures of primary culture for human bronchial epithelial cells. Methods 34 cases of patients with lung cancer were selected to perform bronchial epithelial cells primary culture,which were accepted series nursing methods including pre-collection science mission and psychological care. Results All patients were successfully completed the separation of bronchial epithelial cells without adverse reaction through effective nursing cooperation.By researching organization posted tablets of the testimony,protease digestion and mechanical wiping method,fiber mirror brush method for human bronchial epithelial cells primary culture, explored that organization posted tablets of the testimony was a kind of economic,convenient and practical method of bronchial epithelial cells. Conclusion Our research results show that nursing cooperation laid the foundation for the study of an economy,simple and practical method of bronchial epithelial cell culture,which is worth to be popularized in human bronchial epithelial cells primary culture,.关键词
