牵引加手法治疗神经根型颈椎病60例临床分析

Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of drug combined with acupuncture,traction and manipulation in the treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 120 cases with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy selected from December 2010 to October 2012 were divided into experimental group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases) randomly.The control group were given drug combined with acupuncture treatment,while experimental group were given traction combined with manipulation treatment on the basis of control group.The treatment situation of two groups were recorded and compared after conventional therapy. Results The symptoms of two groups improved after conventional therapy,but the symptoms of experimental group improved more obvious,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Drug combined with acupuncture,traction and manipulation in the treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy can significantly improve the symptoms of patients, restore functions,which is better than single drug combined with acupuncture,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
