Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation in treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods The clinical data of 70 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture who were in hospital from October 2010 to October 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the treatment method, with 35 cases in each group. The experiment group was given PFNA and the control group was treated by DHS. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time and complications of two groups were observed and compared, and the scores of hip joint function after operation of two groups were compared. Results The average operation time, bleeding volume, the incidence of complications and hospitalization time comparison in the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The excellent and good rate of Harris score in observation group was 97.1%,significantly higher than that in control group 88.4%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion PFNA in treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture is less bleeding, short operation time, rapid recovery compared with DHS,and has the advantages of remarkable curative effect. It is worthy of wide clinical application.关键词
