Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tympanostomy tube under ear endoscope combined with adenoidectomy treating pediatric secretory otitis media. Methods 40 children with secretory otitis media were selected as the research object and were randomly divided control group (given simply auripucture with otic endoscope treatment) and observation group (on the basis of catheter, given tympanostomy tube under ear endoscope combined adenoidectomy treatment). The related information was compared between the two groups. Results The middle ear effusion time in observation group was (8.4 ± 0.7) d, which was shorter than that in control group (10.2 ± 1.5) d, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Tympanostomy tube under ear endoscope combined with adenoidectomy treating pediatric secretory otitis media, can reduce the rate of infection and recurrence rate, and shorten the course of disease, with higher safety and efficacy.关键词
