早期乳腺癌保乳治疗的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and feasibility of breast conserving surgery therapy for early-stage breast cancer. Methods The data of 80 patients with early-stage breast cancer collected in our hospital from August 2009 to March 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the observation group in 40 patients and the control group in 40 patients according to the patient's surgical method. The observation group were treated with breast conserving surgery,while the control group underwent modified radical mastectomy,and the two groups were given postoperative outpatient follow-up.The disease free survival and recurrence rate of patients in the two groups were observed and compared,and the quality of life and sexual function of patients in the two groups were evaluated by FACT-B Grading and WATTS sexual function questionnaire respectively. Results There were not significant differences in the disease free survival and recurrence rate between two groups(P>0.05);The FACT-B and Watts scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with modified radical surgery, breast conserving surgery for the patients with early-stage breast cancer can better improve patients' quality of life and sexual function,and has not significant differences in survival and recurrence rate.关键词
