后腹腔镜在治疗上尿路结石中的应用
Application of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of upper urinary tract
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy in the treatment of urinary stones. Methods 120 patients with urinary stones were randomly divided into laparoscopic group,extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy group and open surgery group three groups. Results There was no difference in the success rate of removing urinary calculus among the three groups(P > 0.05). The complication occurrences between the laparoscopic group, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy group were less than that in open surgery group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of retroperitoneoscopy downward renal pelvis or ureterolithotomy in the treatment of patients with ureteral stone is better and safe.关键词
