Abstract
Objective To establish a determination method of oleanolic acid in Viscum articulatum by RP-HPLC.Methods The determination was carried out by RP-HPLC: The analytical column was Sepax Sapphire C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) and the column temperature was 17℃,it applied with acetonitrile-methyl alcohol-0.05% ammonium acetate (69:12:21) as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.9 mL/min,the UV detection wave length was 210nm.Results Oleanolic acid showed a good linearity in range of 1.2-2.4μg (R2=0.9992),the average recovery was 97.6%.Conclusion The method is simple,the result is accurate and has a good reproducibility,it can be used to quality control of viscum articulatum.关键词
