摘要
Abstract
Objective Establishment of turmeric with industrial dye staining auramine O illegal screening method.Methods The technique of TLC,HPLC-PAD and HPLC-MS were developed for qualitation and quantitative analysis mutiple batches of samples turmeric.ResultsAfter testing 30 batches of commercial samples,six batches detected in auramine,its content in the 0.12~0.86mg/g.Conclusion Turmeric staining with chemical raw materials for auramine O,detection method established in this paper,to meet with qualitative and quantitative requirements.关键词
