Abstract
Objective To study clinical curative effect of Bushen Tongluo scheme on patients with primary osteoporosis to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods70 patients with primary osteoporosis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and researched.They were allocated to the study group and the control group according to the willing of patients,with 35 in each.The study group was received bushen tongluo scheme while the control group was treated by alfacalcidol.ResultsThe research group Total effective rate of the study group was 91.43%,significantly higher than that of the control group 71.43% (P<0.05).Alkaline phosphatase content after treatment of the study group was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment and it was lower than that after treatment of the control group (P<0.05).Bone mineral density after treatment of the study group was significantly increased compared with that before treatment and it was higher than that after treatment of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of Bushen Tongluo scheme in treatment of primary osteoporosis has significant clinical effect.It can improve bone detection indexes of laboratory and prognosis of patients which can be promoted and applied in clinical treatment.关键词
