摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Tanreqing injection on senile mild lower respiratory tract infection.Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in treatment group were given the phlegm heat quiet drop,50 cases in the control group were given antibiotics,intravenous drip,two groups were given intermittent oxygen,mechanically assisted expectoration,observed symptom improvement time,body temperature,high sensitivity C C-reactive protein (h-CRP),white blood cell (WBC) recovery time of the two groups.ResultsThere were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Tanreqing and antibiotic in treatment of senile mild lower respiratory tract infection were quite,and Tanreqing injection can reduce the use of antibiotics,has important significance to reduce resistance in bacteria.关键词
