Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of edaravone combined with uribe brooklyn in treating 53 cases of acute cerebral infarction and on hemorheology and vascular endothelial cell function.MethodsDuring the period from 2012 May to 2014 January 105 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were treated in our hospital and randomly divided into control group (n=52) and observation group(n=53).The two groups were given conventional treatment.The control group was treated with edaravone,and observation group was given edaravone combined with uribe brooklyn.The clinical treatment effect,blood rheology and vascular endothelial cell function of two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group was 92.5%,significantly higher than that of the control group 76.9% (P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,low shear blood viscosity,high blood viscosity,fibrinogen and hematocrit of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,NO level and VEGF level of the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in two groups.ConclusionEdaravone combined with uribe brooklyn has a significant effect,can effectively improve the indexes of blood rheology,increase the level of serum NO,VEGF levels,and is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
