Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the eating pain of patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy.Methods 80 cases with esophageal cancer radiotherapy were randomly divided into control group (n=40) and experimental group (n=40).The control group using conventional care,experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,including psychological nursing,oropharyngeal nursing,diet nursing,pain nursing and comfortable nursing.Results After comprehensive nursing intervention,there was statistically significant difference in the comparison of mild eating pain symptoms between the two groups and the satisfaction rate of the patients was significantly higher in the intervention group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention can effectively relieve eat pain symptoms in patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy,which also improves the patients' satisfaction.关键词
