摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing on complications after vasectomy.MethodsIn 2008January to 2013 December in our service station for treatment of 130 cases of vas deferens ligation were randomly divided into two groups,52 cases in the control group,78 cases in the intervention group.The control group received the routine nursing care; the intervention group received predictive nursing care,for accurate and comprehensive collection of patients after operation: As the psycholgical reaction,symptoms,abnormal signs and so on,then developing predictive nursing plan,Including psychological intervention,wound care,health education and so on.Results The intervention group have the high satisfaction,but the complication rate is low,so have The difference with the control group,by the statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Many factors can affect the patients after vasectomy,liable to occur the complications,the implementation of targeted nursing care can improve the quality of life of the patients,prevent and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,avoid increased patient's pain,so predictive nuring care can be applied in nursing work.关键词
