Abstract
Facing the new situation of medical record information management modernization and informatization,we has made the exploration and practice in the discipline construction of medical record management,has achieved a certain effect.The attention of the leadership,departments of support,medical personnel understanding and cooperation is the primary condition.Establish a new system,forming a set of efficient operation mechanism is the fundamental guarantee.Discipline construction and talent development are important.Discipline management must be refined.Discipline management must be refined.关键词
