Abstract
Objective To investigate joint detection of multiple biochemical indicator on the clinical diagnosis of early renal damage in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 192 cases of type 2 diabetic patients from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected,including 60 cases which Microalbuminuria negative in negative group,71 cases which Microalbuminuria positive as group A,61 cases which urine proteins positive as group B,40 cases of healthy people were set as control group.The physical data,renal function,CysC,hs-CRP,Hcy,mALB levels on three groups were measured for comparison. ResultsThe CysC、hs-CRP、Hcy level of DM patients in three groups were signifintly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);The levels of CysC、hs-CRP、Hcy in group A and B were higher than negative group significantly(P<0.05),and its’ level was positively related to mALB,The positive rate of combined detection was significantly higher than the positive rate of detection of the individual, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CysC、hs-CRP、Hcy level are closely related to patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus early renal damage degree,joint detection of multiple biochemical indicator on the clinical early diagnosis,early treatment and monitoring of early renal damage in type 2 diabetes mellitus is of great significance.关键词
