Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of plasma brain natriuretic peptide, high sensitive C reactive protein and clinical effect of Wenyanghuoxuelishui Fang in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods168 cases with chronic heart failure were selected in hospital from March 2013 to March 2015, who were divided into two groups by treatment medicine retrospectively. 72 cases received routine treatment as control group. 96 cases combined Wenyanghuoxuelishui Fang as treatment group. Changes of detection indexes, cardiac indexes, TCM syndromes score, clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment, left ventricular end systolic diameter, left ventricular end diastolic diameter, plasma brain natriuretic peptide, high sensitive C reactive protein, TCM syndromes score decreased significantly while left ventricular ejection fraction,6 min walking distance increased significantly in two groups. And each index in treatment group was significantly better than control group. Differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyanghuoxuelishui Fang can significantly reduce plasma brain natriuretic peptide and high sensitive C reactive protein level, significantly improve heart function and TCM syndromes score, which has significant clinical effect and high security, which is worthy of clinical use.
