Abstract
Objective Of ribavirin in combination with a variety of vitamins(vitamin B2,vitamin C)in the treatment of infantile herpangina analysis of the clinical treatment effects were observed.Methods In our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in April 2011 to April 2015 treated 120 cases of infantile herpangina in patients with clinical data,digital table method was adopted to 120 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases,control group patients were given conventional measures,the observation group on the basis of the former to the treatment of ribavirin in combination with a variety of vitamins,antifebrile time in two groups of patients,herpes and salivate ulcer healing condition observation and evaluation.Results Compared to the conventional treatment control group and observation group patients with clinical manifestations in antifebrile, salivate and recovery effect significantly better situation such as herpes ulcer healing, significant difference, statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Take ribavirin in combination with a variety of vitamins in the treatment of infantile herpangina clinical curative effect is better than traditional treatment,clinical popularization value.关键词
