Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore causes and preventive measures of occurrence of hypoglycemia during hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods35 diabetic nephropathy patients receiving hemodialysis were given clinical observation and general treatment. Their blood glucose and blood pressure were effectively controlled. Hemodialysis was 4-4.5 hours at every time for 2-3 times one week. In the process of hemodialysis, blood glucose level was a detailed record. In addition, clinical symptoms were carefully observed, hypoglycemia liquidation was timely discovered and nursing measures were timely taken.Results With the prolonged time of hemodialysis, blood glucose levels of patients started to gradually reduce. Decrease amplitude of blood glucose after one hour of hemodialysis was biggest and it was gradually increased with eating and medication.Conclusion In the process of hemodialysis, diabetic nephropathy patients were easily founded to have hypoglycemia. Patients who take medicines of reducing blood sugar and intake less food are easily to have hypoglycemia. For diabetic nephropathy patients with hemodialysis, they need to reduce or stop usage of medicines of reducing blood sugar, strengthen blood sugar detection during hemodialysis, carefully observe disease condition, take preventive medicine which can effectively reduce occurrence of hypoglycemia during hemodialysis.关键词
